Welcome Centre Immigrant Services
Settlement Services are offered at Lakeshore Branch. You will be able to meet with a Settlement Delivery Specialist to ask questions and receive assistance with:
• Filling out government forms – citizenship applications, sponsorship forms, etc.
• Connecting with services in your area – subsidized housing, childcare, employment, food and clothing
• Accreditation issues – information on credential assessment, regulated professions, training and education
Walk-in clients are welcome, but you are encouraged to call ahead to arrange for a scheduled time.
To make an appointment please call 1-877-761-1155, provide your name and telephone number, and indicate you need an appointment with the Mobile Unit.
Services are provided in English with interpretation services available. Services are provided free of charge.
Lakeshore: Tuesdays, 11:00am-6:30pm
