Interlibrary Loan
Innisfil Public Library participates in the provincial Interlibrary Loan system. This service allows us to borrow books, audio books and CDs from other libraries in southern Ontario on behalf of IPL members. Items may be ordered through the ILLO system when Innisfil Public Library does not own a copy in the required format.
To request an item through the interlibrary loan system, please contact your local branch. Please be sure to check the online catalogue before requesting an item through interlibrary loan.
Unfortunately, not all ILLO requests can be filled. It is up to the libraries which own the requested item to determine if they can lend it to a member of another library system.
Place Your Own Request
If you wish to search the interlibrary loan system and place requests yourself, please contact your local branch to set up an account.
Once you have an account, visit the INFO/VDX website and login. Please be sure to check Innisfil Public Library's online catalogue before sending a request through the ILLO system.
